Victoria (1837-1901). Essai de la roupie, Flan bruni (PROOF) 1839, Bombay.Av. VICTORIA QUEEN. Tête nue à gauche avec bandeau dans les cheveux. Rv. EAST INDIA COMPANY (date). Dans une couronne formée de deux branches : ONE RUPEE.KM Pn14 - SW 2.8 = cet ex. - Pr.181 ; Argent - 30 mm - 6 h
Victoria (1837-1901). Rupee pattern, PROOF, 1839, Bombay. Obv. VICTORIA QUEEN. Head facing left. Rv. EAST INDIA COMPANY (date). In a two branches crown : ONE RUPEE. KM Pn14 - SW 2.8 = this lot. - Pr.181 ; Silver - 30 mm - 6 h. Ex. Brand/Fore. Top Pop : The only one graded! NGC PF 65. An extremely rare pattern. Fleur de coin. This pattern is prepared by an Indian engraver, possibly Jewran Shamji, at the Bombay mint. Documents are lacking on this pattern which was not implemented, but which represents an important milestone in the British India coin collection.

Brand/Fore. 唯一鑑定！ NGC PF 65. 極めて希少な試鋳貨 完全未使用 この試鋳貨は、ボンベイ造幣局でインド人彫刻師（おそらくJewran Shamji氏）によって製造されました。この試鋳貨は採用されなかったため資料が不十分ですが、英領インドコインコレクションにおいて重要な指標としての代表作です。
